These terms govern your use of the INCORE website and platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the INCORE website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using INCORE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

INCORE is a construction & infrastructure ERP providing site execution, project controls, commercial (BOQ, Measurement Book and RA billing), procurement & inventory, plant & maintenance, workforce & HR, quality & safety and finance capabilities. Features available to you depend on the pillars and plan your organization licenses.

3. Accounts & access

  • Access is provisioned by your organization's administrators through groups and policies.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or use the platform to violate applicable laws.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Customer data

Data you enter remains owned by your organization. We process it to provide the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement between you and us.

6. Intellectual property

The INCORE platform, its software, design and trademarks are owned by their respective owners and are protected by law. These terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the service as permitted.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting licensed functionality.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INCORE and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction agreed in your organization's contract. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
