- Account and profile data for platform users (created by your organization's administrators).
- Business records you enter into the modules you use (employees, customers, invoices, payments, etc.).
- Technical data such as log entries, device/browser information and usage analytics.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide, operate and improve the platform.
- To authenticate users, enforce access control and maintain security.
- To generate dashboards, reports and notifications you have configured.
- To meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.
4. Data storage & security
Data is stored in a multi-tenant PostgreSQL database with account-level isolation and encrypted object storage for documents. We apply access controls, audit logging, encrypted transport (HTTPS) and regular backups. Access to production data is restricted.
5. Multi-tenancy
Each organization is a separate tenant (Account). Records are scoped to their Account and are not shared across tenants. Authorization is enforced server-side on every request.
6. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email, payment gateway) under appropriate safeguards, or disclosed where required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Platform data is controlled by your organization; please contact your administrator for account records.

The website uses essential cookies and local storage (for example, theme preference and session tokens). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
