We're deliberately onboarding a small first group so each one gets white-glove attention and a real say in the roadmap. Yes — the statutory Measurement Book, RA billing with price escalation and retention, GST e-invoicing (IRN), CLRA/BOCW labour registers and Ind AS 115 revenue are first-class, not bolted on. It's built for how Indian civil & infrastructure contractors actually bill and comply, rather than a generic ERP bent into shape.

InCore runs Django + Django REST Framework on PostgreSQL, served by Gunicorn and Nginx. It deliberately avoids Docker, Redis and Celery to keep operations simple and the total cost of ownership low; scheduled work uses lightweight schedulers. It can be hosted for you or deployed into your environment.

Yes. The mobile field app is offline-first — it captures the DPR, muster, quantities and photos with no signal and syncs on reconnect. Sync is idempotent and the underlying ledgers are append-only, so a retried upload never double-posts.

You do. Your business data is yours — you can export it, and if you ever leave we hand over your data and remove it from our systems in line with our agreement. We don't lock your records in.

Every record is scoped to your Account (tenant) in a multi-tenant PostgreSQL database with account-level isolation, plus encrypted object storage for documents. Traffic is over HTTPS and backups are taken regularly with restore tested. See the Security page for the full picture.

Security is designed into every layer: tenant isolation, org- and site-scoped RBAC enforced server-side on every request, JWT with refresh rotation and session capping, MFA, field-level change history, multi-tier e-signature sign-off, encrypted storage and audit logging.

Not yet — and we won't claim a badge we haven't earned. Independent VAPT and formal attestations like SOC 2 / ISO 27001 are on our roadmap as we grow. Today, security is built into the architecture (see the Security page), and we're glad to share our security overview and complete your vendor security questionnaire on request.
