InCore is a construction & infrastructure ERP that runs every project from tender to final account on one multi-tenant platform. It connects site execution (offline-first Digital DPR), project controls, commercial (BOQ → Measurement Book → RA bill), procurement, plant, workforce, quality & safety and finance through the BOQ spine — from the field to the boardroom.

Is InCore multi-tenant and secure?

Yes. Every record is scoped to an Account (tenant) with org- and site-scoped RBAC, and authorization is enforced server-side on every request. InCore uses JWT with refresh rotation and session capping, MFA, field-level change history, multi-tier e-signature sign-off, encrypted storage, audit logging and tested backups.

How is InCore deployed?

InCore runs Django + Django REST Framework on PostgreSQL, served by Gunicorn and Nginx under systemd. It deliberately avoids Docker, Redis and Celery to keep operations simple; scheduled work uses django-crontab and APScheduler.

Is InCore live, and do you have customers yet?

InCore is a new product, engineered end-to-end by eTechCube and open now to its founding customers. We are onboarding a small first group so each one gets white-glove attention and a real say in the roadmap, with a staged, de-risked rollout and UAT sign-off at every step.

Is InCore ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?

Not yet — we do not claim certifications we have not earned. Independent VAPT and attestations such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap as we grow. Today, security is built into the architecture, and we share our security overview and complete vendor security questionnaires on request.

How long does implementation take?

InCore rolls out in stages on a shared foundation, so you get value early rather than waiting for a big-bang go-live. Many teams have their first module live in a few weeks; the rest follow module by module, each with UAT sign-off.
